Our client required a complete upgrade of their provisions system.

We began the design phase at the end of 2021, working closely with the client throughout. Regular discussions and updates ensured the final solution was fully tailored to their operational needs.

Their original system consisted of separate systems servicing one cold room and one freezer. Our design combined both into a single, more efficient system, reducing overall running costs and improving performance.

This new configuration allowed both rooms to be cooled by a single compressor. It also provides greater operational flexibility, enabling the system to run with water-cooled condensers while at sea, or air-cooled condensers when in dry dock.

Following completion of the design phase, all equipment was sourced and thoroughly quality checked at our warehouse. In parallel, the client had commissioned a Siemens PLC control panel to complement the upgraded system.

In early 2022, our engineer travelled to La Ciotat, France, to carry out the installation of the new provisions system.

Upon completion, we provided a comprehensive documentation package to support the system and its ongoing operation.
